Very spacious and airy with sunlight flooding into living room almost all day as it faces due south. Well equipped kitchen, lots of pans, glasses, bowls, cups and mugs. Good for cooking & baking as it has all the necessary kitchen utensils plus 4 burner hob, oven, grill, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher.

Summer high season 7 days minimum with changeover normally Saturdays but Fridays and Sundays sometimes possible. Outside these dates 5 days minimum and changeover more flexible.
Winter season, early December to mid April, changeover only Saturdays but some flexibility at either end of season.
Spring and Autumn shorter stays possible and varied changeover day possible. Check out the calendar and if you see a 4-5 day gap that suits make us an offer.
There is a shared Wellness area in Basement with Sauna, Infra-red cabins and 2 walk-in Showers plus relaxation loungers and chairs. Washing m/c is in shared laundry room behind lobby area for 2 euros per cycle. We wish to mention that apartment is very wheelchair and child buggy friendly as with using lift, the whole journey from car park outside to apartment inside is completely bump free plus with wide tiled corridors all items are easy to manoeuvre.
Quiet yet close to Zell centre only 300m away. Lake promenade is just 50m away and you can use the special pedestrian footpath underneath road and railway. Buses are free with Ski pass. Nearest stop is just up the road, by swimming pool car park. Nearest supermarket is just a little bit further in the Jet petrol station, useful as it is open 7.00am to 11.00pm everyday.
